How it works

  1. Email support@zilowellmes.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label.
  3. Drop the brace off at any postal point. Used is fine — we just need it back.
  4. Refund hits your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving it.

What's covered

The full price you paid, including original shipping. EU-wide. Bundle orders can be returned partial or in full.

Damaged or wrong item

If your brace arrives damaged or it's the wrong size, email a photo and we'll send a replacement same-day — no return needed first.
