Zilo ("we", "us") sells shoulder support gear directly to customers in the European Union. You can reach us at support@zilowellmes.com.
We collect only what we need to ship your order and run our store: name, shipping address, email, phone (optional), and payment confirmation from our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
To process and ship your order, send shipping updates, handle returns, respond to support, and — only if you opt in — send occasional product emails. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and consent for marketing (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Only the providers we need to operate: our payment processor, our shipping carrier, and our email service. They process data on our behalf within the EU/EEA or under equivalent safeguards.
Order data: 7 years (tax law). Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click.
Under GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Email support@zilowellmes.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
